For meetings, it is important to work in an inspiring location. A place outside your standard working environment, yet where you still want access to as many facilities as possible. With us, you meet in the middle of nature, in a relaxed and homely atmosphere.
MEETING FACILITIES
Our spacious meeting room, the Living Room (85 m²), offers plenty of daylight and overlooks the meadows. The room is multifunctional and features meeting tables, a seating area with lounge sofas, an atmospheric fireplace, and an open kitchen. The room is also equipped with air conditioning and all possible equipment, such as a modern sound system, a home cinema system, flat screen television, projector, and flip chart.
The Garden Room (36 m²) offers plenty of daylight through its two glass walls and is equipped with a coffee corner, air conditioning, sunshade, flip chart, projector, terrace, and overlooks the meadows. It can also be used as a break-out room. The kitchen is also an excellent place for team building through cooking workshops.
Theatre setup: maximum 35 persons
Boardroom or U-shape setup: maximum 22 persons
LUNCH, DRINKS & DINNER
Complete your business meeting with a shared lunch, dinner, or closing drinks reception in a relaxed and homely atmosphere. We are happy to help create a suitable arrangement tailored to your wishes and allergies. As a venue, we are alcohol-free hospitable: we do not serve alcohol, but are pleased to provide an atmospheric and complete drinks reception with high-quality alcohol-free alternatives.
FLEXIBILITY & EXCLUSIVE RENTAL
At our accommodation, you can hold meetings or provide training sessions for a single day, but we are also the right place for multi-day gatherings. You can also rent De Rozengaard exclusively, allowing you to enjoy complete privacy.
OVERNIGHT STAY
De Rozengaard has 9 rooms, including 8 luxury rooms and 1 luxury suite. The rooms and suite are double rooms, equipped with all necessary facilities and offering all the comfort you may expect as a business guest. As a guest of De Rozengaard, you have access to free wireless internet.
